Hello!
I’m Sue Tempest and I am an artist working from the South East of England, very close to Epping Forest, where I try to walk my naughty dog every day.
I love spending time outdoors and I have been inspired by nature so much so, that I have always expressed my artistic side using photography and more recently by painting.
Since I started painting, I have attended a variety of courses, and most recently completed an Open College of Art (OCA) Foundation in Drawing.
I particularly enjoy painting in watercolour, it is a very fluid medium and to some degree can be unpredictable, however, I really enjoy experimenting, I have used acrylics, ink, pencils, pastel and printing techniques to name just a few and I will continue to experiment as I go forwards.
